Ever wonder how much money people make by posting affiliate links? I’d like to show you.
It’s amazing that about 20 years ago people would laugh at you if you said that you posted a link online and made over $100 from it.
They would think you are crazy.
But that’s normal now and a few days ago the first affiliate payments for the Learn Gravity Forms course were sent to affiliates and I want to share those numbers with you.
Of course I can’t share the name/email of the people that got paid, but you’ll get the idea about how much money they are making.
However, before I get into the actual numbers I want to make sure that everyone is on the same page about how this type of thing works.
So let’s start from the beginning.
How It Works (aka You Can Be Charlie)
For those of you unfamiliar of how something like this works, let me break it down for you using (my imaginary friend) Charlie as an example.
Let’s say Charlie loves the course and he wants to share it with his friends.
Charlie first logs into his LearnGForms account, clicks on the EZ Affiliate link. Once there he copies his unique URL… which kinda looks like this:
He then pastes his unique URL on his Facebook and Twitter account (and even emails it to his friend that is kinda lost using Gravity Forms).
When someone clicks on his link and buys any package Charlie gets 50% of the sale.
Let’s say that one of Charlie’s Facebook friends clicks his link and buys the largest package (Ninja) for $237… Charlie will make $118.50.
Isn’t that easy? No sleezy sales pitches, no get rich quick scheme… just you helping a friend learn how to use Gravity Forms.
Payments Were Just Sent
So how much money did people like Charlie make? Great question… let’s talk about one more thing first.
Since I wanted to make sure that buyers felt comfortable making a purchase, there is a fantastic money back guarantee (check Learn Gravity Forms to see what it is) and studies have shown that is someone is going to return a product… they are going to do it within the first week.
Because of that, there is a month waiting period for Affiliates to get paid and then payments are sent on the 15th of the following month.
Since the course launched on February 24th, the sales Feb period was not even a week (February 24th to February 29), then March was the waiting period for any returns and finally a few days ago (April 15h) the affiliate payments were sent.
Here’s what it looked like:
Keep in mind those numbers were from LESS THAN one week of sales in February and some buyers paid a discounted launch price, some paid the full price, a few paid somewhere in between.
I don’t know how rich you are, but I think making an extra $190 for posting one little link on Facebook is a pretty sweet deal.
If you want to be an affiliate for the best Gravity Forms course available, login to your LearnGForms account and click on the EZ Affiliate link.

PS: Did you notice something about getting your affiliate link – you need to login to your LearnGForms account. That means you bought the product before you could get an affiliate link. See, I don’t want people just posting affiliate links like it’s no big deal… I want people to only post an affiliate link because they believe in the product and the best way to ensure that happens is to make people buy the product first and if they like it, they can post an affiliate link. #ethicalmarketing
